L-Acoustics Kara is an iconic compact line array system from French audio engineering, drawing upon their 30-years of expertise and the French acoustic art tradition for professional audio. This three-way active line array utilizes groundbreaking WST Wavefront Sculpture Technology that integrates dual 8" Neodymium woofers, 3.5-inch midrange drivers and an M1 tweeter compression driver into an astounding 129dB maximum sound pressure output. Their aircraft grade aluminum alloy enclosure was custom built for medium sized venues to provide uniform coverage and top sound quality throughout.
Kara has a high-resolution DSP digital signal processor built right into Soundvision 3D acoustic prediction software. This lets system engineers accurately predict how sound will spread in a venue and make the audience's experience better acoustically. Furthermore, its IP54 rating adapts well to different performance environments while L-Acoustics Network Manager provides system monitoring capabilities - truly representing L-Acoustics technological advancement in compact line array technology while spreading French acoustic craftsmanship around the world!

- It features French-designed Wavefront Sculpture Technology, 8-inch Neodymium woofers, a 3.5-inch midrange, and an M1 high-frequency compression driver. It provides exact sound control (110° x 7°) (H x V).
- A 1000W (LF) + 500W (MF) + 150W (HF) class D-powered LA-RAK amplifier rack powers the system. It all takes a seat in L-Acoustics Network Manager.
- The mechanical rigging makes it possible to modify the vertical angle from 0° to 10° and rig up to 20 enclosures safely, using a TÜV-certified rigging system.
- The speaker is constructed with a military-grade aluminum shell and other high-quality aircraft-grade materials. And it’s rated IP54 for all-weather protection, with good cooling and sound.
