Our Service
Allocate conference microphones by use: goosenecks for fixed seats, wireless handhelds for the host and audience Q&A, with an SQ mixer managing the mix and QSC speakers providing sound reinforcement.
Plan roundtable microphone rental around fixed speaking positions and cabling conditions. ULXD8 + MX415 wireless goosenecks can be considered within this setup; MX418D/C microphones are an option for fixed seats with cabling installed in advance. Microphone quantities, receiver channels and availability are confirmed before the event.

Roundtable floor plan references
A roundtable is a format for discussion, not necessarily a circular table. A four-sided arrangement can place TVs in the centre. A three-sided, open-front layout leaves the unoccupied side for an LED Wall, with secretaries and observers seated behind the main discussion area.
Four-sided roundtable + central TV Monitors
Suitable for participants facing one another. TVs are distributed through the hollow centre, facing each row of seats. Desktop goosenecks serve fixed speakers, while wireless handhelds support questions from the audience on either side.
Three-sided roundtable + LED Wall + central TVs
Guests sit along the outside of a three-sided U-shaped table, leaving the front unseated for viewing the LED Wall. Central TV Monitors face participants on all three sides for close-up presentation viewing. Secretaries or minute-takers sit behind the main discussion seats, with observers further back. Keep the front opening and aisles clear.
